Benefits of Canopies.
Canopies provide two major benefits. Clearly the showers are kept on the outside, but the other major benefit is to reduce the effect of the cold wind when driving. This can affect many people, particularly those with asthma and other breathing difficulties. A canopy can be added relatively cheaply to most larger Scooters and will give Scooter users much greater comfort and flexibility. The Scooter really can be used in most weather conditions.
Standard (single colour) canopies.
For those looking for the most straight forward canopy we have simplified a few features and are supplying this type in two single colour alternatives only: Burgundy or a neutral light grey. We make canopies for more than 170 different types of Scooter. Some scooters are very small and designed for regular dismantling to fit into the boot of a car.
Our canopies are not intended for attachment to these compact types, but if your scooter is sturdy enough you can be sure we have a canopy available for it. It is a simple matter of a few basic tools and perhaps 30-40 minutes time.
In the summer the doors can be rolled back and clipped open.
Canopies can be quickly removed completely. Easiest done by two assistants, one at the back and one at the front to unclip the webbings, spring the canopy frame from its brackets and lift off into the garage or shed.
