DELIVERY.

Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed as to whether your item is in stock or out of stock.

In stock items will be notified -dispatched, whereas out of stock items will be notified as - processing. Out of stock items can take up to 10 days to be delivered, if this is going to be longer you will be advised.

 All stock items are normally dispatched same or next day either by the royal mail (first class recorded) or by Parcelforce 24 hour service or similar courier.

Deliveries will need to be signed for by the recipient and a card will be left if no one is in. If you miss your delivery you will be able to collect your parcel from your local depot or post office, details of this will be left on the couriers/royal mails card.

Please allow at least 5 full working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for delivery before contacting us if you have not received your order.

Postcodes for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland are -  IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

For deliveries to Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world, please allow up to 10 days for delivery. All international deliveries will be sent either by Royal mail or a courier using a signed for service. 

IMPORTANT If the system works out the postage of your item to be £ 0.00 ZERO this means that this item is too heavy to be sent by the normal means. Please contact us for a quote.
