Delivery charges are provided for the UK Mainland only. However, we ship worldwide. If you are outside the UK Mainland and wish to make a purchase please select "Outside Mainland UK" at the checkout and we will provide you with a quotation for delivery to your specified delivery address. You should not make payment for your item until you have received and chosen to accept the delivery charge quoted.

DISPATCH TIMES
Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed as to whether your item is in stock or out of stock.
Your order's status will be set to "Dispatched" once the item has been posted or booked with the courier for collection. Within the UK Mainland, all stock items are normally dispatched same or next day either by the Royal Mail, Parcelforce or similar courier.
Out of stock items can take up to 10 days to be dispatched; if this is going to be longer you will be advised.

Deliveries will need to be signed for by the recipient and a card will be left if no one is in. If you miss your delivery you will be able to collect your parcel from your local depot or Post Office. Details of this will be left on the couriers/Royal Mail's card.
Please allow at least 5 full working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for delivery before contacting us if you have not received your order.
