DELIVERY.
Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed as to whether your item is in stock or out of stock.
In stock items will be notified -dispatched, whereas out of stock items will be notified as - processing. Out of stock items can take up to 10 days to be delivered, if this is going to be longer you will be advised.
All stock items are normally dispatched same or next day either by the royal mail (first class recorded) or by Parcelforce 24 hour service or similar courier.
Deliveries will need to be signed for by the recipient and a card will be left if no one is in. If you miss your delivery you will be able to collect your parcel from your local depot or post office, details of this will be left on the couriers/royal mails card.
Please allow at least 5 full working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for delivery before contacting us if you have not received your order.

Postcodes for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland are - IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
For deliveries to Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world, please allow up to 10 days for delivery. All international deliveries will be sent either by Royal mail or a courier using a signed for service. .
PURCHASING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.
If you are outside of the EU, select YES vat exempt when prompted, the system will then not charge you vat if applicable.
Any import duties are payable by the purchaser.
PURCHASING FROM WITHIN THE EU
Some of our Products can be exempt from VAT/Zero Rated (Zero Rated means 0% VAT charged ). where:(A) If you ( or the end user ) have a disability or are registered disabled or chronically sick. ( A person is Chronically sick or disabled if he or she is physically or mentally impaired which has a substantial adverse effect on his or her ability carry out normal daily activities ). (B) With a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as Diabetes, Stroke, Arthrits or terminally ill. (C) The goods must be specifically for the use of by the disabled person and for domestic use. PLEASE NOTE: It does not include what is considered a temporary illness, or a broken limb.
When prompted select whether you are vat exempt or not.
Businesses in Germany who have a German MwSt registration number can select YES vat exempt and then enter their MwSt registration number (including the DE prefix) in the illness or disability box to not be charge vat when applicable. Any import duties are payable by the purchaser.
Companies in the European Union (outside of the UK) who have a valid EU VAT registration number can also select YES vat exempt and then enter their valid EU VAT registration number in the illness or disability box to not be charge vat when applicable. Any import duties are payable by the purchaser.
PRICE MATCH
You must contact us prior to purchase as we will not refund any differences after this point.
This is not a guarantee but a service we offer to customers who wish to buy from us and have in the unlikely event found our price uncompetetive we will then, where we feel we can, offer goods at a reduced price to that advertised.
Proof of lower prices may be requested and must be for the same product not just a generic version.
1 Interpretation In these Conditions:
‘BUYER’ or ‘YOU’ means the person who accepts a quotation of the Seller for the sale of the ‘Goods’ and whose acceptance is then confirmed by the Seller in accordance with these conditions or whose order for the ‘Goods’ is accepted by the seller
‘GOODS’ means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any parts for them) which the seller is to supply in accordance with these conditions
‘SELLER’ or ‘WE’ or ‘US’ or ‘OUR’ means PHILLIPS MOBILITY LTD
‘CONDITIONS’ means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the buyer and the Seller or set out in the Quotation Order or Acceptance Forms issued by the Seller • ‘CONTRACT’ means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods
‘WRITING’ includes telex, cable, e-mail, facsimile transmission and comparable means of communication
Any reference in these Conditions to any provision of a Statute shall be construed as a reference to that provision as amended, re-enacted or extended at that relevant time.
The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
2 Updating Range :
Our range of products is continually being revised and updated. We reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice.
3 Specifications:
All descriptions, illustrations and sizes given in this catalogue are for guidance only and no particulars therein shall be binding on the company.
4 Samples:
We are unable to supply samples.
5 Price/Discounts:
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, if you are not eligable for vat exemption vat will be added, at the current rate, during check out and before payment is made. Phillips Mobility Ltd reserve the right to alter any prices/discounts at any time without prior notice.
6 Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order
7 Delivery & Risk:
Delivery lead-times are given in good faith and Phillips Mobility Ltd will not be responsible for any kind of delay in transit. We accept no liability and the buyer has no right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time unless we have specifically agreed in writing to deliver on a particular date.
Prior to dispatch great care is taken to inspect and package all goods. Upon receipt of a delivery, all goods must be examined for damage before signing the carrier’s note. In the event that goods are damaged, the carrier’s note should be endorsed accordingly, the goods should be kept in the original packaging at the buyer’s premises for later inspection and Phillips Mobility Ltd should be notified in writing within 24hrs. Failure to comply with any of the above will be deemed that the goods are acceptable and the buyer unconditionally waives any right to reject the aforementioned goods.
Our liability in respect of loss or damage to goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods (excluding VAT) and our liability shall in no event extend to consequential or indirect loss or damage, loss to third parties or loss of business.
The goods must be delivered to the delivery address agreed with Phillips Mobility Ltd. Under no circumstances should the carrier be instructed by the buyer to deliver to another address or to leave the goods elsewhere.
If the buyer, or a representative of the buyer is not available to check and take delivery of the goods at the delivery address, this may result in the carrier needing to return on another date and a delivery surcharge to the buyer may apply.
Phillips Mobility Ltd do not pay return carriage costs.
8 Payment:
Buyers must submit payment with their order. When paying by cheque, please allow 10 working days for funds to clear before goods can be released.
9 Returns and refunds
Please contact us before any returns are made.
WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS FOR ANY ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN, SUBJECT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
A full refund (excluding all carriage costs) will be given, in the same manner as the payment was made, for any items that are returned under the terms and conditions of this website.
Please note that certain items, if used, are not covered by distance selling regulations due to their nature. These would include, but not only apply to, bathlifts and bath products, toiletry items and certain cooking and clothing items. If you are unsure please contact us.
No goods may be returned to Phillips Mobility Ltd without our prior consent and a returns authorisation number allocated. Goods are returned at the buyer’s cost and risk.
10 Copyright:
Copyright of any product manufactured by us or any design, illustration or drawing produced by us remains the sole property of Phillips Mobility Ltd unless expressly agreed in writing by Phillips Mobility Ltd.
11 Reservation of title:
Risk in the Goods shall pass to you when the Goods are delivered.
The property of the Goods shall remain with us until you pay all sums due whether in respect of this contract or otherwise.
You shall hold the Goods as our fiduciary agent until title passes.
Until title passes the Goods shall be stored separately from any other Goods and you shall not interfere with any identification mark, labels batch numbers or serial numbers on the Goods.
Until title passes we agree that you may use or agree to sell the goods as principle and not as our agents in the ordinary course of your business subject to the express condition that at our direction the entire proceeds of any sale or insurance proceeds received in respect of the Goods are held in trust for us and not mixed with any other monies or paid into an overdrawn bank account and shall at all times be identifiable as our money.
We shall be entitled to recover the price of the Goods including VAT even though the property in any of the Goods remains with us.
We shall be entitled at any time to recover any or all of the Goods in your possession to which we have title and for that purpose we our servants or agents may with such transport as is necessary enter upon any premises occupied by you or to which you have access and where the Goods may be or are believed to be situated.
12 General:
This contract shall be governed and interpreted exclusively accordingly to the Law of England.
