Some of our Products can be exempt from VAT/Zero Rated (Zero Rated means 0% VAT charged ). where:
A) If you have a disability or are registered disabled or chronically sick
B) A person is Chronically sick or disabled if he or she is physically or mentally impaired which has a substantial adverse effect on his or her ability carry out normal daily activities
C) With a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as Diabetes, Stroke, Arthrits or terminally ill
D) The goods must be specifically for the use of by the disabled person and for domestic use.
PLEASE NOTE: It does not include what is considered a temporary illness, or a broken limb.

You will then be asked two simple questions in the check out process, you do not have to click on the link below.
If you are outside of the EU select YES VAT EXEMPT when prompted.
PLEASE NOTE some items are not exemptable - these item pages will not have a choice of exempting from vat and will just include vat.

Businesses in the European Union
Companies in the European Union (outside of the UK) who have a valid EU VAT registration number can also select YES vat exempt and then enter their valid EU VAT registration number in the illness or disability box to not be charge vat when applicable. Any import duties are payable by the purchaser.
